Training of staff is paramount to the ethos of CS Roofing Canterbury. To have quality workmanship you need to invest in the team and their training. Over the years the company has support over 20 staff to work through their apprentice training.
They always ensure that the have apprentices on staff. The skill and knowledge held with the other roofers in the company (both LPB and Qualified) is shared willingly. and time is taken to pass in this knowledge.
The company has a role of Training and Compliance Manager that is dedicated to the training and development of all staff.
