Jenny has worked in the business since 2010. Taking on the role of Health and Safety Manager and Human Resources.

Committed to the future development of Roofers and the Roofing industry, Jenny was elected to the Executive of the Roofing Association of New Zealand in 2016. She served as the Committee Chair of Health and Safety for 4 years and was appointed President in 2020. She is currently serving in the role for the 2023-2025 term. Jenny was also appointed to the Board of CHASNZ in 2023 where she represents Small to Medium business and their Health and Safety needs and requirements.

Showing a full dedication to Roofing and women in the industry Jenny is the Founding Chair of New Zealand Women in Roofing, a not for profit member association designed to empower, educate and connect women in the roofing industry, from the board room to the rooftop and everywhere in between.
